TOKENOMICS

Resume Inc.'s token $RINC (BEP-20 - ERC-20) serves as a lynchpin for the operation of the platform. A multisignature smart contract, $RINC serves a multitude of purposes:

• Subscriptions

  $RINC will be the primary means of accepting payments from subscribers. Demand for the resume creation/job-seeking service will translate into natural demand for the $RINC token.

• Access to Ed Tech

  True Resume holders will have free access to HR-centric educational material that will be available on the platform. This will allow job seekers to enhance their skill sets through resources such as tutorials for resume and cover letter building as well as podcasts with key personnel such as recruiters, heads of HR and senior corporate management.

  Users who don't want to maintain their resumes on the platform but wish to access the educational material will be offered a discounted subscription service. $RINC will serve as the primary means of payment for the subscription.

• Payment for advertisements on the platform

  The Resume Inc. platform is expected to attract substantial interest from advertisers (corporates, educational institutions, career fairs, etc.). $RINC will be the primary means of payment for banner advertisements on Resume Inc.'s website and app.

• Renting “Kiosks” on the Metaverse display

  Recruiters are able to rent kiosks in the VR job fair, with payment to be made primarily through $RINC. Only candidates with True Resumes will be allowed to participate in the jobs Metaverse, creating further demand for the token for subscriptions.

• Staking: Governance and rewards

  $RINC holders will be able to stake their tokens for voting rights on key decisions pertaining to the development of the Resume Inc. platform. In turn, staking will result in rewards for token holders in the form of additional $RINC tokens.

• Use of fiat currency and stablecoins on Resume Inc. platform

  Given the limited access to cryptocurrency payment gateways at this stage of development, Resume Inc. will continue to accept payments in the form of fiat currency (USD). Payments received in this form will be converted to a stablecoin and stored in the company treasury. A portion of this revenue will be used for funding staking rewards, as well as burning outstanding $RINC tokens.

  Subscription payments will also be allowed in the form of stablecoins to further facilitate ease of payment by subscribers. Stablecoins collected for this purpose will be deposited in the company treasury and a portion of this revenue will be used for funding staking rewards, as well as burning outstanding $RINC tokens.
