Once candidates have completed their first resume on Resume Inc.'s platform, the wizard prompts them to verify their education and employment. Only candidates who complete the verification process receive a True Resume.

In situations where candidates are unwilling to allow verification of their jobs and/or education, their resumes are available as traditional resumes, rather than as NFT resumes. Employers can select either traditional resumes or True Resumes.

Any changes to a True Resume are tracked and recorded on the blockchain. If a new job position is added, the candidate will be prompted once again to allow verification. An Al will then evaluate these changes and compare them to several data points to assign a Resume Score that will alert employers of acceptable modifications versus misrepresentations.

True Resumes are a mandatory requirement for participating in the VR job fair on the job-centric Metaverse. Job seekers will be required to submit a True Resume that will be viewable on VR when employers select a candidate for an interview. These NFT resume selections are permission-based and job seekers will be prompted when a verified employer wants to view their NFT resume.
