Job seekers will have a virtual view of job vacancies as annotations when their phone cameras are pointing to an office building. This will allow job seekers to have a mobile view of job listings when they're traveling through areas they'd like to work in, eliminating tedious online searching and using maps to find out where employers are located.

The AR job search function will initially be focused on the world's 12 most populous cities: Tokyo, Guangzhou, Mumbai, Jakarta, New Delhi, Seoul, Shanghai, New York, Beijing, Sao Paulo, Mexico City and Manila.

The AR module's jobs annotation view will also include an “Apply” icon that will instantly send employers a candidate's resume using an application programming interface (API), so the application process is quick and easy, with no need to fill out lengthy forms.
